FULLY FUNDED PROGRAMS - NO ADVERTISING SALES
Our graphic design is experienced, clean, professional and digitally correct to ensure lowest possible print pricing. Many organizations with visitor guide budgets contract with us for graphic design. We offer a per-page price which is a flat rate fee with unlimited revisions and proofs.
PARTIALLY FUNDED PROGRAMS WITH ADVERTISING SALES
Many of our clients are small towns and counties that don't have the population base or the tax base to support raising all the funding needed for a visitor guide program. We develop an advertising program for your project and raise whatever funding we can. Our fee is a per-page flat rate fee. We will invoice you for any balance needed to complete the project after ad sales.
SELF FUNDED PROGRAMS
Where possible, we strive to sell sufficient advertising to fully support the project. Many of our projects do self fund . . . it just depends on the size of the area, how many potential advertisers are present, and the needs of the organization in terms of size of the guide and quantity needed. We will refund all advertising sales amounts that are beyond what is needed for the project directly to your organization. Many of our projects are actually fund raisers for the organization!
Stallard Studios began in 1986 as a dream of principals
Patty and Jim Stallard. Patty's artistic background includes
years as an artist in oils and later as a commercial artist.
Before forming Stallard Studios, Patty worked at other
agencies and even at a newspaper in graphic design.
Her work has been seen on collateral for Macy's, . . . . .
She later became a product illustrator, using her skills in
pen and ink to illustrate furniture inventories for national
furniture companies including Accentrics, Pulaski
Furniture and Ridgeway Clocks.
Patty and Jim are both professional photographers
with many years experience in tourism photography.

the latest software innovations are employed, using
Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Muse, Illustrator,
Dreamweaver, and Acrobat Pro.

Our Mac platforms are up-to-date with the latest Adobe software, which ensures our compatibility with printing presses. As members of Adobe Creative Cloud, we are constantly updating software to the latest versions.
We know how to correctly prepare files for color process printing. We only work with printers that we have history with, know and trust. We calibrate our files to precisely match their output, ensuring that the colors you see on-screen are the colors you see in print.
All of our projects are professionally preflighted, which ensures every font is properly embedded, all links are current, and every job is ready to raster image process at press, without correction.
Our customers typically preview a final pdf proof on-screen; with your final approval, we then prepare final files that match your approved files. We receive press proofs back for final inspection prior to printing. If you wish to see these press proofs, we can easily arrange shipment to you after we have inspected everything.
When we say we offer Project Management services, we mean our projects are provided as turn-key services. We oversee any subcontractors from photographers to printers and complete all graphic design inhouse.
But our services don't stop there. . . we then upload your files to press, receive and carefully inspect press proofs and approve final files for printing.
We then arrange shipping details and, when requested, detailed distribution details, oversee printing through final delivery.
Throughout the process you only have one contact.
